Statement of Faith
The Holy Scriptures are the absolute and final authority.
The original Scripture manuscripts were given by inspiration of God and were without error.
God, who gave His word to man, has taken upon Himself the responsibility for its continued preservation (Psalms 12:6-7).
The incorruptible Word of God, which cannot pass away, is available to the English-speaking world in the Authorised (King James) Bible. This Bible is our final authority in all matters.
There is one God, eternally existent as the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost.
God is the creator and sustainer of all things, visible and invisible, creating the world in six literal days and man as male and female, as recorded in Scripture.
(Genesis 1:3-31, Exodus 20:11, Exodus 31:17)
All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. (Romans 3:23)
Salvation is available to all by grace through faith in the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ alone and cannot be achieved by human works, merit or tradition. (Ephesians 2:8,9)
The Lord Jesus Christ is God manifest in the flesh, virgin born, without sin, crucified and shed blood for our sins, risen, ascended into Heaven and coming again in glory. He will raise the dead and judge the world.
All those rejecting the Lord Jesus Christ will spend eternity in the conscious torment of a literal hell, while those who repent of their sins and receive the Lord Jesus Christ as saviour will spend eternity in the glorious presence of God.
The church is the body of believers of which the Lord Jesus Christ is the head.
Salvation makes one a member of the body of Christ and the members of this body should gather where they may minister one to another.
Israel is a part of God’s plan. The unfulfilled prophecies given in the Old Testament will find their literal fulfilment
(Ps. 105:6-10).
The Lord’s Supper (Communion) is a commemoration by believers of Christ’s sacrifice offered once and for all and involves no change in the bread and wine, which are symbolic.
Baptism is a public testimony made by believers but plays no part in salvation.
God has ordained marriage to exist between one man and one woman in a single and exclusive union for life, with absolute marital faithfulness. (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6)
All human life is a sacred gift from God, possessing inherent worth and dignity from the moment of conception.

The completion of the Canon of Scripture (Holy Bible) gives all sufficiency for the life and service of believers. To seek the transitory gifts through the charismatic movement, therefore, may be seen as a denial of the efficacy of the Word of God.
(1 Thessalonians 2:13)
Ecumenicalism seeks to preside over a system that denies the finished work of Christ and
exalts human authority above the Word of God.
